    Everything was excellent, stunning location close enough to quiet suburb that's well connected to the centre, inside the zoo and a large park and the zoo, fantastic experience. My room was excellent sized and functional and the view to the Zoo and park was lovely. All the staff was very pleasant and amazingly nice, settled my issues.

    Who knew? Not me!

    A stylish sanctuary with fine design and amazing views of the zoo. The breakfast is undeniably the best I've experienced, and the friendly staff add a warm touch to the stay. Some infrastructure issues, especially with air conditioning, detracted from an otherwise good experience. The location is peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

    Amazing design and views!

    Just spent a night in a beautiful room overlooking the zoo. The decor was super chic, and we loved lounging by the small spa. Breakfast was a highlight, so delicious! Only weird thing was the check-in vibe, no smiles from the staff. Still, would recommend for that view!

    The SO Embassy Room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with a comfy king bed that felt mad really like a dream. Huge windows offered a nice view, a bonus. The amenities were on point, though the air conditioning was a bit off-definitely struggled to keep the room cool at times. Could use some tuning up, but it didn't ruin the vibe too much. The attention to detail in design was awesome.

    This hotel has a fantastic location right next to the Tiergarten. The building looks stylish, and the decor in the common areas is visually appealing. Breakfast offerings exceeded my expectations. The variety had many fresh options that were hard to resist. The staff really shined, always great. The air conditioning had issues. It didn't work well, and I often felt too warm in my room. On top of that, the room layout had some awkward design elements. I also noticed some cleanliness issues in the bathrooms . I loved my time at the hotel but wished the service and room conditions matched its elegance.

    The space has an excellent breakfast buffet, boasting a variety of fresh options that definitely kick-starts the day right. Rooms come with large windows, providing amazing views-particularly the ones overlooking the zoo.

    Air conditioning failed to function properly . Cleaning left something to be desired, with minor stains and dust here and there that shouldn't be overlooked at this price point. The gym was smaller than expected, and some equipment felt limited. Plus, navigating the room technology proved more complicated than it ought to be.

    The location is perfect, right next to the tiergarten, giving a peaceful escape. The breakfast was very nice, seriously the best i've ever had. I also loved the spa treatments. The full-body massage was heavenly and relaxing.
